When you fill out a quote or booking form (including forms on Facebook or Instagram), we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, vehicle details, and your answers about the service you want and when you want it.
We use this information only to respond to your request: to text or call you about your quote, schedule your appointment, and follow up about our services (window tint, ceramic coating, audio, wrap, and detailing). By submitting a form with your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by call or text about your request. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Your information is stored in the business tools we use to run the shop (such as our scheduling and customer records system) and nowhere else.
If you submitted your information through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta also processes that form under its own Data Policy, available on Meta's website.
